Quotation requests

Requesting a quotation is free and does not confirm an order or take payment. Prices, specifications, delivery and payment terms are agreed with the OM STEEL trade desk before purchase.

Delivery or material issues

If materials arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or do not match the agreed specifications, contact us promptly with your order or invoice reference, quantity and photos. Keep the materials and packaging available for inspection where possible. We will coordinate a return, replacement or refund as appropriate under applicable law. Contact us about a missed agreed delivery date as well.

Cancellations and other returns

Contact the trade desk before dispatch if you need to change or cancel an order. Change-of-mind or surplus-material returns depend on the agreed order terms, material condition and any cutting, custom preparation or dispatch already completed. Any applicable collection or transport costs will be explained before you agree to the return.

Refunds

For an accepted refund, the trade desk will confirm the amount, payment method and expected processing time. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period and any period required by applicable law. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
