Website quotation submission requires your mobile number verified by SMS OTP. Browsing and AI material help are public. Submitting an enquiry requests a quotation. It does not place a confirmed order, reserve stock or process payment. The trade desk confirms material availability, specifications, quantities, price, GST, freight, payment and delivery arrangements before an order is accepted.

Listed rates

Check each rate's date, unit and GST information. Listed rates may change and are subject to availability and the final quotation. Confirm a rate with the trade desk before buying.

Order and delivery updates

Customer account status reflects updates manually entered by the OM STEEL team. Expected delivery dates are coordination estimates and should be confirmed with the trade desk. The website does not provide vehicle GPS tracking.

Documents and support

Quotations and invoices are shared by the trade desk from the actual business records. Confirm discrepancies or material issues promptly with the team, including your enquiry reference and relevant details. Any cancellation, return or refund request is reviewed against the agreed order terms and the material condition.
